Vice Principal of Administration

To ensure the implementation of the school's strategic development plan; to support expatriate Principal, collaborate on educational goals, and promote the integration of Chinese and expatriate curriculum in accordance with the school's educational philosophy and vision.
To follow relevant policies and regulations of Education authorities and be responsible for communication and liaison with supervisors.
To assist expatriate principals in the operational management of the school, recruiting and developing a team of excellent teachers; to assist and support teaching and research activities to steadily improve the quality of teaching.
To manage school’s administration team effectively and Chinese teachers; to coordinate cooperation among departments and campus.
To work with expatriate Principal on school admissions and manage the enrollment and registration system.
Responsible for the culture building and promotion of school, responsible for daily administrative management, controlling budget costs, and improving policies and regulations.
To complete tasks assigned by the Board of Directors and supervisors.
Skills and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in education management and other related majors, with an understanding of Chinese and Western cultures.
Five or more years of working experience in management positions such as principal, vice-principal, head of teaching and research, or head of pastoral at a bilingual or international school, with a passion for education, advanced educational philosophy, and a strong sense of innovation.
Able to master the latest development of education industry, understand the development of the bilingual school strategy, familiar with the overall operation and development in private schools;
Strong overall ability, with strong planning, organization, leadership, coordination and control skills and communication skills; integrity, cheerful personality, strong sense of responsibility and mission, able to work under pressure, grasp the overall situation.
Excellent listening, speaking, reading and writing ability, speaking English as a working language.
